Roshel Unveils Canadian-Made Counter-UAS Vehicle at CANSEC 2025
Defense-Update reports:
At CANSEC 2025 in Ottawa, Canadian armoured-vehicle manufacturer Roshel and European defence innovator Leonardo introduced the Senator Counter-UAS Vehicle. This mobile platform merges Roshel’s battle-tested Senator MRAP chassis—deployed over 1,800 times in Ukraine—with Leonardo’s Falcon Shield Mobile system, offering NATO-interoperable detection, classification and defeat capabilities against everything from reconnaissance drones to swarming weaponized UAS. The open-architecture design enables rapid upgrades and seamless networking with fixed, manned or autonomous C-UAS assets.
